About Global Leaders Circle
A circle built on trust, not on visibility.
Global Leaders Circle is a private circle for founders, executives, investors and established professionals connected to Georgia. It was founded in Tbilisi in 2026 by Natia Goletiani.
We started GLC because the leaders who shape Georgia are spread across Tbilisi, London, Dubai, New York and Berlin, and rarely sit at the same table. Our work is simple: tell their stories well, and bring them together in small rooms where trust can form.
What we do
Stories and small rooms.
GLC Magazine publishes in-depth pieces on business, development and the global economy as they affect Georgia. Members meet in closed dinners and founding briefings, and we make personal introductions where they are useful to both sides.
What we are not
Not a club that sells status.
We do not sell articles, awards, rankings or recognition. We are not a lobbying group and we take no political side. Payment never decides who is in the Circle.
Our principles
Five rules we keep.
Merit, not money
Membership is decided by a selection committee. Payment never buys a place, a profile or an award.
Editorial independence
Our Magazine profiles are chosen editorially, published with consent and never paid for.
Political neutrality
GLC takes no political side. We do not profile active politicians or host party events.
Privacy
Our rooms follow the Chatham House rule. What is said there is used, never attributed.
Contribution to Georgia
Members are leaders who build at home or abroad and want Georgia to do well.
Who joins
Leaders who are building something.
Founders and owners, chief executives and senior leaders, investors, and recognised professionals. Some live in Georgia, some in the diaspora, some are foreign leaders with a real stake in the country.
- A leadership role and a track record that can be checked
- A reputation others are willing to vouch for
- Something to contribute to the circle
