Who we are

Global Leaders Circle (“GLC”, “we”) is a private leadership circle based in Tbilisi, Georgia. For any question about your data, write to info@globalleaderscircle.net.

What we collect

Information you send us through our forms or by email: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country and city, company, position, LinkedIn profile, the name of the member who recommended you and your message. If you suggest another leader to us, we receive their name, city and your reason; we contact that person only once, to ask whether they agree to hear from us, and delete the suggestion if they do not.

Why we use it

To consider requests for an invitation, to contact you, to manage membership and gatherings, and to prepare Magazine profiles. A profile is published only with the consent of the person profiled.

Legal basis

Your consent, steps taken at your request before membership, and our legitimate interest in running the Circle responsibly. We process personal data in line with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, for people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR.

Who sees it

We never sell personal data. Requests are seen by the founder and, where needed, by members of the selection committee. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to membership are deleted within 12 months. Member data is kept for the duration of membership and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or to the data protection authority where you live.
